Away wins to reward big profits

Our lower league expert is expecting big things from the away sides this weekend, and they can reward the followers with some nice profits. All three look like value bets and backed in a treble will fetch huge odds of over 20/1.

QPR v Birmingham (Saturday 3pm – Championship)

Birmingham to win @ 2/1 – 2 points BET HERE

Birmingham look a good bet at 2/1 to take three points from their trip to Loftus Road. Rangers have only 4 points from 4 home games this season, and they were against an out of form Leeds and one of the league’s worst sides in Blackburn, and Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink’s men are currently on an awful run. Conversely, the Blues are playing pretty well with 10 points from the last 12 available and should be supported again here.

Aston Villa v Newcastle (Saturday 5.30pm – Championship)

Newcastle to win @ 6/4 – 3 points BET HERE

Newcastle just seem to be a better side this season playing away from home and perhaps the burden of expectation weighs them down a bit at St James’ Park. It could also be that they show their class, exploiting space when teams are forced to attack them like in their 6-0 thrashing of QPR. Villa aren’t playing as badly as people think this season, but are really struggling to hold on to leads and this totally new side will just need a bit of time to gel under Roberto Di Matteo, but Newcastle at home is not the fixture you need when you are still finding your feet in this league. 6/4 on the Toon could be a steal.

Scunthorpe v Sheffield United (Saturday 3pm – League 1)

Sheffield United to win @ 15/8 – 2 points BET HERE

September has been a good month for the Blades with three wins out of three, including two away wins at AFC Wimbledon and Gillingham. It looks like Chris Wilder is getting his message across now to the United players and you’d fancy the Blades to get the better of Scunthorpe, who could be on the downgrade after failing to break through at home against Charlton midweek, and their previous two matches were wins against inferior opposition such as Southend and Shrewsbury.
